Nilda's passion for business operations and services extends beyond real estate. For over 20 years, she owned and managed an independent record label, where she honed her skills in organization, management, and execution. This diverse experience has equipped her with a unique perspective and the ability to manage every detail of the pre-contract to post- closing process. Her extensive background in executive and client support serves as the cornerstone of her success in building enduring relationships with agents and their clients alike.

Originally from Cuba, Nilda moved to Southern California at the age of three, with her family.  Fluent in Spanish, Nilda is adept at assisting and understanding the needs of international clientele, providing a comprehensive service that caters to a diverse community. 

When she isn't immersed in her work, Nilda enjoys the vibrant local farmers' markets and delights in cooking for family and friends. She loves spending time with her two children, their spouses, her grandchildren Lucas and Lily and the family's beloved rescue pup Daisy.  Her personal warmth and family-oriented values resonate deeply with the agents she works with, making her a trusted partner who is committed to supporting them.
